All orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. To ensure accurate shipping charges, each item in our store is assigned a total package weight in our system.
Please be aware that despite our best efforts, actual shipping charges may occasionally differ from the amount charged at checkout. Should the shipping charge collected be underestimated, our store will compensate for the difference. However, please note that we do not refund any overpaid shipping charges in instances where the final shipping cost is less than the amount collected at checkout.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
