FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $35 AND ABOVE Orders of $35.00 and above qualify for free standard shipping via USPS Ground Advantage (5–8 business days), automatically applied at checkout.

STANDARD SHIPPING — $3.00 Orders under $35 ship via USPS Ground Advantage (5–8 business days) for a flat rate of $3.00.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING Faster shipping is available via UPS Ground Saver at calculated rates, displayed at checkout based on your order and location.

PROCESSING TIME All orders are shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.

SHIPPING OPTIONS Please note that shipping costs vary depending on the option selected and destination. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS We are not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping or transit. However, if your item is damaged upon receipt, please contact us at sales@lucana.net. We will investigate and determine the resolution process, which may include a partial refund based on evidence submitted.
